RETURN POLICY -
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and less actual shipping & handling/processing charges as well as items that had free shipping at the time of order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
All Merchandise returned without an RA # (Return Authorization Number) including refusal of delivery, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and a 5% shipping and processing fee as well as items that had free shipping at the time of order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for all shipping to and from. Return eligibility: Products must be returned in a condition allowing resale. Partial cases or shipping units with items missing will not be accepted. Shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer with the exception of mishandled shipments and defective products.
Credits and Refunds - We will credit your purchase, less shipping and the restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received and it is in like new condition. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check within 2 weeks of receiving the return.
Please - Do not refuse a parcel. Since many products must be shipped back to an address other than where it was originally shipped from, never refuse a product. Refusing a shipment will result in 30% re-stocking charges plus all shipping costs. Also, without an RMA number, the package may not be identified or recognized as being a return and credit will be not be issued.
No refunds after 30 days. No exceptions.
If any in stock, standard product(s) has not left the warehouse then you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
PRESCRIPTION POLICY -
In compliance with current FDA requlations, a valid doctor's prescription is required for nebulizers. During the purchase you will be given the option to email, upload file, fax or mail your presctiption. If you are unable to obtain a copy of your prescription we can call your doctor and request the prescription on your behalf.
